Co-V version: When your usage environment has mild corrosive gases such as acidic, alkaline, etc., you can choose the Co-V version vacuum pump. By adding a coating on the contact part between the pump body and the extracted gas, the reliability of the pump body can be improved in this environment. (It is recommended to choose theinPowerVac LGB/GXR series oil-free screw vacuum pump for highly corrosive environments)
H2O-V version: In environments with high water vapor content such as oil filters, vacuum packaging, environmental protection, and distillation separation, the H2O-V version vacuum pump can be selected. inPowerVac solves the problem of water vapor condensation and retention by increasing gas input, reasonably increasing pump temperature, using specific vacuum pump oil, and improving the reliability of the vacuum pump.
HT-V version: In the fields of rubber vulcanization, vacuum smelting, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum brick making, etc., due to the high temperature of the extracted gas, the HT version vacuum pump can solve vacuum applications in this environment, allowing temperatures up to 200 º C.
EP-V version: Explosion proof, suitable for use in flammable and explosive environments. It can be equipped with explosion-proof vacuum pump accessories and body to meet vacuum requirements in explosion-proof environments.
Â
Â
Can we customize it?
Explosion proof vacuum pumps accept global voltage customization, with energy consumption customization for all explosion-proof levels.
